Mairead Mescall

Founder & Managing Director

I’ve worked in Dubai for the last decade and have built teams and hired roles across the Middle East, Africa, UK, Europe and the Caspian region. I was formerly Head of Talent Acquisition & Development for an energy and marine company with nearly 2,000 employees and have held numerous senior HR roles in other companies, including Head of HR.

I’ve led thousands of interviews and hired for roles at all levels and across departments — from technical to operational, commercial to finance and procurement.

I’ve seen firsthand how anxious people can get when applying for jobs and when interviewing with leaders and how often candidates sell themselves short.

I want to make that process more enjoyable — and more rewarding. By improving how we present ourselves and tell our professional and personal journeys, we gain far more than confidence — we take a step closer to fulfilling our potential.

I speak five languages and began my career as a teacher, as I’ve always been drawn to helping people learn, grow, and improve.
