Interview Coaching

What if instead of dreading an interview, you felt prepared for it? Our one-on-one interview coaching sessions can help.

How it Works

  • Session 1

    Assess your current level by participating in a 1 to 1.5-hour interview. After the interview, you’ll receive candid feedback on your performance and discuss areas for improvement.

    Each session lasts for 90 minutes and is tailored to you and your role. The interview coaching session is led from the positions of both a potential hiring manager and an HR professional, so you feel prepared no matter who you’re speaking with. The sessions are candid and concise, and the feedback won’t be sugar-coated. We believe that if you’re going to perform at your best, you need to know where you stand and how to improve.

    Put the recommendations into practice and refine your interview answers.
