Psychometric Testing

We conduct a psychometric test for you, so that you can preempt and prepare for the questions you will be asked during an interview.

The Process

  • Step 1

    You will receive a link to complete the test online. This take a maximum of ten minutes.

  • Step 2

    A call will be scheduled with you to discuss your profile in detail and what it means for your next interview.

  • Step 3

    A copy of the report will be sent to you directly for your personal use in addition to written feedback around the areas for which you should focus on for the purpose of an interview.
